Handi-Tard Parker uses hancapped spots.

A rant by: BalthazaarRamrod

So there's this guy I work with. He seems like a decent guy at first, but I think he might be a little bit retarded. He drives down here every day. Thing is, he parks at meters and doesn't have to feed the meter or check his car all day. Why? He's using his moms car with a handicapped sticker. He's not paking in a handicapped spot or anything, but he is certainly taking advantage of the fact that this car has the sticker on it. Obviously he's not handicapped (Maybe mentally, verdicts out on that one) and it burns me that he can do this and get away with it. I'm thinking about setting his car on fire or possibly geting him fired.

So if you think a co-worker is mentally challenged you must work at mmmuffins. As for your buddy, good for him. Free parking downtown is a good thing. It sounds like you are just jelous. If your mom wasn't in jail for that trick that went bad maybe you too could borrow her car and be able to drive to work in style (K-cars can be very posh).

You can park here free. You just have to walk 75m or so. And make sure your tires aren't chalked every once and a while. I guess the real problem is, what if like 20 handicapped people all needed to park, but there was no spots! Man. That just aint fair.

Let's talk about equal rights. I want to treat handicap people as equals. Fletcher wont votes. Gabe dances. People are people. If you want to park wheel your ass the same 15 blocks i have to walk. Fair is fair.

I think they have handicap police in winnipeg, just the regular parking patrol, but they look for that sort of fraud. I doubt they ever enforce anything though.

If they see someone not handi-capped walking away from a Handi-cap space they should make them handicapped with a nightstick blow to the knee. Big Bossman style. Vote for Ramrod for Mayor, I'll make it happen.

This parking thing is interesting, I think its a pretty sweet deal if you can get something for nothing from the city, Im sure that this person will eventually get busted

First of all, this guy that's abusing the system, or getting something for nothing as mastafella put it, must have mental problems, why else would he use it. Secondly, I'm sure there's a certain MP in charleswood that would apose this guys actions. Although, two nurses, a private jet, kinda sounds like abusing the system to me as well. hmmmmmm

Two nurses in a private jet, wait a second...who told you about my fantasy!

Why are we assuming that this guy is mentally challeneged? He figured out a way to get the primo parking spots. Bravo man. And since some idiot in city hall keeps taking away perfectly good parking spots in order to turn them into handicapped or prego parking spots, where else are we gonna park? In the lots for $150 a month? Screw that noise. If the city officals want people to keep coming downtown, give them free parking. Like, hello, we're winnipeggers, we're the cheapest m.o.f's in the country.

I assume he's mentally challenged because I work with him. You gotta get to know this guy to see it.... isn't that right guy? :P

Just plain laziness is what it all boils down to.

Just report the location, vehicle, license number and handicap tag number to the Winnipeg Parking Authority.
