Smile guy on the corner or Stradbrook and Provencher Bridge  A rant by: Anonymous What is with the gentleman that is on the turnoff from Stradbrook to Provencher Bridge, going south, when coming from Pembina Highway? He ususally has a post that says "SMILE!" That's it, he usually doesn't ask for money or anything. I was just wondering if he's normal or just a little behind? Anybody know? What about that crossing gaurd dude at Harrow and Corydon? He always wears funny hats and costumes and s***. I think he might be a little off.
