Please help me  A rant by: Wally Hi There, My name is Wally. You may have seen me before. I stand on the corner of river and osborne with a squeegee. I'm one of the kids with the designer camoflauge pants, and the weather proof jacket that i bought at MEC for $399.99. I am writing this rant to ask you the public to please help me! Please quit giving me money to wash your windows. I try to do a very lousy job to deter you from paying me, but you keep giving me money. I even piss in my bucket, but that doesn't even help. You see, I ran away from home (Tuxedo) to show my parents that i should be allowed to stay out all night, and do crystal meth if i want. Now I am too stuborn to go back home. If you would only stop supporting me, I would have no choice but to return home to my loving family. However, you seem to really dislike me, because i have at times recieved over $10 for splashing some dirty water on your car windsheild. You keep supporting me and I have no choice but to hang out on the streets making more money than i would at a regular job. I would really like to return home, so please, WInnipeg! I think the reason that they dress the way they do is that they have learned they will make more money if people think they have none. By wearing torn clothing, no toque and mittens and looking filthy they will tug on the heart strings of someone along the ways and thats all it takes. They market themselves as needy orphans. I've actually seen kids from 3rd world countries on tv that are better dressed then these 1/2 wits. Maybe we should ship this and the rest of the "poverty bound" people of winnipeg over to africa for a couple months and see how they do when they come back (that's if they survive). (its the place to be) and i bought a piece of chicken and a piece of pizza. A panhadler asked me for money and i said no but i offered him the piece of chicken. He looked at me and said, "no pizza or money!" I had already taken a bite out of the pizza and he was trying to hand me back the chicken and give him the pizza. I said "have you ever heard the saying beggers cant be choosers?" He threw down the chicken on the ground and walked away. Less then a minute later he came back and took the chicken off the ground and ate it!!! My first question to you the readers is, I was always told that 'aboriginals' like fried chicken.
