14 HOMICIDES IN 14 WEEKS ![]() A rant by: bjaye A nice job is being done by all segments of the scumbag population to beat all previous homicide rates in Murder City. Of course, three quarters of these parasites will be back on the streets within a year or two, ready to pounce. And it's not even summer... I predict 80 homicides by the end of 2008. Any thoughts? << Back Add a Comment Comments ( Add a Comment ) sucraman says: 2008-05-23 23:48:48 A comment to the guy who has no problem saying that those involved in criminal activity should be killed...Very nice,a very productive. I would hate for one of your family members to become in 'criminal activity',to get caught up in the wrong crowd,to just stray alittle to far from your lily white world. And when this person, your family member is shot and killed, lets see how your family is affected.Lets see if your world shatters. It seems that you have some intellegence but your insensitivity is dumbfouding. IJustWannaSayThis says: 2008-06-09 11:56:19 Sucraman, here's another vote for the "an eye for an eye" school of justice. These ineffective punishments that our "justice" system uses today need drastic overhaul. If that means the return of the death penalty, I'm all for it. Part of the concept of incarceration is supposed to be rehabilitation. The problem is so many of today's criminals have zero remorse, and fully intend to re-offend as long as they can. Well, good luck stealing without hands, or raping once you've been neutered. And best of luck killing another innocent person once you're dead in the ground. I'm not talking about questionable cases, or ones with circumstantial evidence. I'm talking about cases which are without question. And don't believe the myth - the vast majority of cases actually ARE that cut and dried. And if my relative is convicted of a crime, I don't care how harshly they are punished. It would nauseate me to think they had sunk to that level in the first place. Let's appease them like we ALWAYS do.....probably somebody looked at them the wrong way when they were 4 and tossing a hissy fit because Mommy or Daddy said "No." ahhhh..... |

There's not that much that can be done about it except be thankful most of the ones getting gunned down are usually involved in some form of criminal activity themselves, so this is one way of reducing their numbers since the justice system has all sorts of excuses for not locking them up long enough. That same system also doesn't like penalizing those guilty of gun crimes either. It prefers to call for more weapons bans and registries like the one that Toronto mayor David Miller is petitioning for. He and others of his ilk inhabit a fantasy world, of course, because they can't comprehend that people who plan to use firearms illegally will get them illegally and will be the last ones on the planet to give them up voluntarily. So more homicides can be expected, and the best way of avoiding becoming a victim is to stay out of the problem areas, particularly at night keep your fingers crossed that a stray bullet doesn't nail you elsewhere.
